Chubikopi Resthouse is a local accommodation run by a committee from the village community, sitting on the waters edge of the Marovo Lagoon on the perimeter of the village. This resthouse was established in 2000 to facilitate community and regional meetings allowing government officers, health workers, conservation organisations and church groups to remain in the area whilst conducting their work. In 2006 the resthouse was open to visitors in the area. All income is collected for community projects such as the church.
Chubikopi Resthouse offers basic, clean facilities for travellers. Whilst there is a kitchen available for self catering, meals can be prepared on application. Breakfasts cost $35, lunch of local fish, rice and vegetables at $40 and dinner $45. Seafood buffet is available if three or more guests are staying offering Chilli Crab, Pepper Squid, Oysters, Curried Chicken and local vegetables. Price on application.

Depending on bookings, availability is flexible for late check-out ,so guests are asked to discuss departure times by flight or shipping the day prior.
No show and cancellations 48hrs prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the booking charges.
