David Ganifiri worked in a career with Malaria Research in Honiara but after a number of years decided to resign. Following a period of unemployment ,he and his wife Marilyn decided to turn their family home into an accommodation giving work opportunities for both of them. Despite a set back from the year 2000 tension, they have managed to purchase another home for themselves and are about to renovate and build verandahs for their guests comfort.
