Guests have a choice of rooms varying from single to double occupancy rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom amenities or self contained units. There are total of 13 rooms.
Rooms 1 – 6 are upstairs and Rooms 7-13 are down stairs, all rooms are fan cooled have small ward-robe, chair and dressing table.
Cancellation before 15 days – only bank charges on tarrif costs plus $100 Booking fee and bank charges.
Cancellation between 7 and 15 days : 50% retention charge on the reserved room rate plus applicable levy / tax, and bank fees.
Cancellation less than 7 days: 75% retention on the reserved room rate plus applicable levy / tax and bank fees.
Cancellation received less than 72 hours prior to the arrival: 100% retention will be charged on the reserved room rate plus applicable levy / tax and bank fees.

I would highly recommend this family owned accommodation. The owners went out of their way to welcome me and the other guests and make us feel comfortable and at home. Rooms were clean, screened and secure and the shared kitchen was clean and well equipped. The owners met us at the airport and even offerred to take us grocery shopping and to the market on arrival so we could stock up on supplies. Fresh green coconuts to drink on arrival were auch appreciated delight. From the veranda/deck there is a fantastic view of the sea and also across the hills.
