All rooms have access to a large communal living area comprising of kitchen, dining and lounge room. This area opens up to a spacious veranda with spectacular views from the upper level. Television is currently available in the lounge and will soon be installed in all rooms.
Medical students and visitors staying for a longer term find this accommodation particularly convenient due to its close proximity to the hospital and town centre. Tariff is 10% Govt. tax inclusive.
To compliment the spacious kitchen fitted with gas stove and microwave, Naqua Motel has a small canteen with general goods which opens in the evenings. Gizo fresh produce and fish markets along with the general trade stores in Chinatown are only 7-10 minutes walk away.
