A quaint little cottage with a private setting located on a tiny coral island surrounded by sparkling blue waters and reef, Oravae Cottage is located in Gizo lagoon, just 15 minutes by motorized canoe from the airstrip at Nusa Tupe. Built from local materials, Oravae Cottage nestles amongst coastal trees and coconut palms with a verandah perched over a tranquil lagoon. A perfect escape to get away from it all and be at one with nature.

Oravae prepares delicious meals made from locally collected ingredients using traditional recipes, ensuring their guests have a truly authentic experience.Three meals a day currently cost $350.00 SBD p.p
Transfers are provided from Airport or Passenger ferries and daily to Gizo @ $300 per trip. ($600 return)

Children policy:
20% discount for children from ages 5 to 12. Under 5 years are free of charge when staying with their parents.

Other Disclosures:
During Easter, Christmas and New Year, the minimum stay will be 3 nights charged for a minimum of two people or more. All tariffs are Gov Tax inclusive.
