Jacob Pitisopa

Phoebes Resthouse was established in the 1980's  by Adon and Phoebe Pitisopa and was Gizo's original guest lodge. The family has proudly cared for a constant stream of medical students from England, Europe, New Zealand and Australia as well as travellers passing through on holidays. Following Phoebe and Adons deaths in the past couple of years, their son, Jacob, now cares for guests assisted by his wife.
