Please note that we are a small inn (6 guest rooms) and rooms are specifically set aside for guests based on their reservations. Although we understand that plans change for various reasons, please realize that cancellations affect us greatly. Last minute cancellations and changes can make it very difficult for us to rebook a room.

Once you have made a booking enquiry we will need to secure it within 24 hours of our notice of availability to secure the room. Following payment of the deposit, there is a SBD$200 cancellation fee per room regardless of when the cancellation is made. If canceled with a minimum 14 days notice prior to arrival, you have the choice of receiving a merchandise credit for the full value of your deposit or a refund, less the SBD$200 cancellation fee. Merchandise credits are valid for 3 months towards a minimum 2 night stay and are transferrable.

If canceled with less than 14 days but more than 72 hours, we issue a refund for the amount at which we can rebook the room, minus the $200 cancellation fee. This means that if you cancel your booking within this time for whatever reason we have the right to make a full charge for all our losses, in your absence, to your card.

This will be done thus:

We will make the utmost effort to re-book the room.
If we are not successful then we debit your card in your absence for the full amount less SBD$75 per night to cover the cost of food and laundry that has not been consumed or used by you.
If we are successful in reselling the room then we promise that we will only charge your card for the revenue that we have lost.

Guests that are a no show, depart early, or cancel with less than 72 hours notice from day of arrival, are responsible for the full amount of their stay.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance just in case.

Reservations may be extended at any time based on availability.

9 am on the day of your scheduled arrival is the time used to determine the 72 hour and 14 day cancellation period.

Cancellation (or changes to your reservation) are not considered received and processed unless you speak directly with one of our staff or by email unless you have received an email confirmation from us.
