Rarasu Motel is located in Auki Town past the shopping area and 5 minutes walk east of the fresh produce market along the harbour side. The driveway is along the sportsfield off Maasina Rulu Pde. and the property is easily identified standing alone with a timber fence surround. The leaf haus Restaurant is down by the waterfront.

Flights depart Honiara twice daily to Gwaunaru Airstrip near the capital of Malaita, Auki. A regular bus service takes you from the airstrip to town for $15 and drops passengers off at any of the accommodations in town or transport meeting spots. Return trips depart from outside the Solomon Airlines office in town one hour before departure.
