Hedley started his business in 1989 with a wood working and furniture shop. Following the experience of running that business, he decided to venture to other interests. He used his skills to build The Sanalae Apartment and looks forward to developing his accommodation as he sees tourism as it is one of the potential industries in the Solomon Islands.
