Serah's Lagoon Hide Away
Serah's Lagoon Hide Away is nestled in the southern end of the Langa Langa Lagoon which is on the west coast of Malaita.

Flights depart Honiara twice daily to Gwaunaru Airstrip near the capital of Malaita, Auki. A regular bus service takes you from the airstrip to town for $15 and drops passengers off at any of the accommodations in town or transport meeting spots. Return trips depart from outside the Solomon Airlines office in town one hour before departure.
3 options to get to Serah's are:
-Motorised canoe with Sam Maesao from the Auki wharf departing between 12 and 2pm Monday to Saturday. Ask Sarah to book ahead if you can. Trip costs $20 and takes about 1 hour depending on passengers needing drop offs. Sam takes his guests right to the door! Private charter costs $250.
-Local bus to Southern Region from outside Ada store costs $20 to Arabal School turn off and onto Radeaekoa. From there wait in front of the Church and ask someone to paddle you across to the village.
-Taxi across the road from the markets near the wharf will charge approximately $200. Give the same directions as the bus.
