Detailed description of the Caring for the Destination Initiative: 

When Serah was a little girl, cruise ships frequently visited the area and brought income to the villages in the lagoon. Due to a number of events, that has diminished now, so Sarah wanted to create a project that would keep both youth and elders involved and encourage the villagers to keep their culture alive by participating in demonstrations of their ceremonies for her guests.

Today her husband Gustaff helps her to realise her dream.
