Standard of the rooms is good but I think the owner could save heaps of money if the shower heads were changed to the new water saving shower heads - real savings in both water heating costs and the volume of water wasted. The meals from the facility are first class and I particularly like the room service option. In summary an excellent facility - I would stay here again

I filled in a feedback form at the hotel and advised that the TV in the room was faulty. The volume control was giving problems. It was not very loud so had to turn volume to its maximum. Then after a while the volume came up very loud and I had to quickly turn it down. Then after a while the volume went again.

Hotel was clean and up to western standards. Restaurant staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel let me store a bag there free of charge for a week as I took care of business in the other parts of the islands. which was nice of them. However, their reception staff is less than desirable. They seemed annoyed that they had to stop talking to their friends on the phone to check me in and out. I ordered a airport transfer and they wanted to leave early, so they hurried me out of their gift shop. That was both rude and cost them a good amount of $$ I was considering spending. Given all the above, I'd stay there again as there are few options and they have the basics covered.

We stayed in the older wing as the new onw was well above our budget. While it was ok it was pretty tired - not a lot of money would have made it much better. reading lights for example.

After a long day of travelling we were hoping to get a good nights sleep however there was a cultural night that we weren't aware of with our room directly above all the noise/music from this as well as the main walkway of the hotel with a large number of non-guests causing loud noise. We raised the issue and it took several people who couldnt come up with a resolution. We had requested a refund to go to another hotel which they couldn't do as we booked through an agency. Eventually we requested to move to another quieter room which was met, into the older unrenovated wing. Room was quieter but it took a long time and a lot of unhappiness to come to a resolution.

My room was absolute beachfront, with a view to the horizon.

The accommodation was a little on the expensive side given that the rooms would have been rated 2star in Australia, however, they were clean and the service was good

It’s just hard to get information on the Hotel and the area, I’m sure if I could have spoken the native tongue it would have helped. Getting the right food and understanding what actually available was hard.
