Bit of confusion at the airport about catching the boat to Gizo...no one met us..no signs etc
Information on times to catch boat to airport island varied by 1 hour....hotel staff bit vague on times boat ran...

Very dirty, with brown water coming out of the taps! I would not recommend Hotal Gizo to anyone.

Rooms and swimming pool dirty, food left a lot to be desired. The hotel charges Australian rates but provides very little in value. The Solomons is beautiful and the people very friendly but a lot of work needs to be done if tourism is to develop
