One of the attractions of Uepi is the small number of guests sharing this beautiful island. Although there are 32 beds, 20 guests is considered "full house". We have 6 spacious, well appointed bungalows for families or couples, 2 semi-detached units and 2 semi-detached guest rooms.
Four of the bungalows have absolute beach frontage, two are set back a few meters in the gardens and the semi-detached accomodatios have excellent views of the lagoon.
All rooms have private bathrooms with ambient temperature showers and toilet facilities. All tariffs are Gov Tax inclusive.
There are four timber bungalows set in tropical gardens on the beachfront. All were fully renovated in 2007 and have a king size bed or twin beds, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, separate shower and toilet, luggage rack and clothing storage space. There are easy chairs and a coffee table inside the bungalows for your comfort. The verandah has its own outdoor furniture including a hammock!.

Also included are coffee making facilities, fridge, separate shower and toilet, luggage rack and clothing storage space. There are easy chairs and a coffee table inside the bungalows for your comfort. The verandah has its own outdoor furniture including a hammock!.

The two units share a common wall but are completely private in all other respects. Each unit is an open space plan with private bathroom. The bed can be made as a king size or twins as required and the second unit has bunk beds as well. Along one wall is a sink, tea and coffee making facilities and a bench. There is also a luggage rack and clothing storage area . The units are set back about 15m into the tropical gardens on the beachfront within easy access of the beach. There are cane chairs and a coffee table inside the unit for your comfort. The unit opens up to a large shaded deck which has its own outdoor furniture including a hammock looking out over the Marovo Lagoon.

7A and 7B accomodation guest rooms share a common wall but are completely private in all other respects. Each room has a private bathroom.
7A is as large as a bungalow and also has a spacious kitchenette area wth fridge, sink and tea/coffee making facilities. There is a king size bed with overhead fan and beachfront view from the deck . The units are set back about 40m from the waters edge, but enjoy good sea breezes which makes the room cool. The unit opens up to a large shaded deck .
7B is a smaller room opening up to a private deck. There are 2 single beds which can be converted to double with an overhead fan and a small coffee/tea area. The bathroom has a hand basin.
