Both Olivia and Naru were so helpful. They helpe us book everything and without them it wouldn't have been possible! There is very little information on the Solomon online so this website and support is very important.

Service from local franchisee was great. But website is hard to use, eg when trying to book a large group (there were 6 of us) and change from meals to no meals. In the end we sorted it out on the phone, which worked fine because I live in Honiara, but the website needs to work better as people overseas might just give up.

Best reservation website ever and includes little places such as I stay in that are hard to contact otherwise. This gives the little hotels and rest houses a chance to be included in the tourist trade and gives me many options I had not known existed. They note any discrepancies in reservations and query to clear up such possible misunderstandings

There service was prompt and the only thing I had to get used to was different names signing emails. Once I got to Gizo, I understood clearly how that worked. One office, a few people handling same booking. They were all lovely and went out of their way to help. One day, Olivia was not working but saw me 'on the street' in distress and solved all my problems. It took her a good hour. Special thanks.....
