For direct pickup by small private boat it takes 1 and a half, to 2 hours boat ride from Honiara ( Yacht Club) to the lodge. The trip is over open water and can be rough if windy conditions. A wet weather jacket is recommended for the trip. Luggage will be under cover, but plastic bags are great for keeping moisture out from cameras and sensitive items.
