Rock Haven Inn is an older style accommodation offering budget to mid range accommodation with the convenience of a central location. Many of the rooms and apartments have veranda's offering sea views looking over West Guadalcanal, Savo, and the Ngella groupÂ
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (welcome, the service, charm, cleanliness/maintenance and overall experience/value for money. There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the property. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

The rooms are modest, well worn, and clean. During weekdays we received fresh linens daily which were always fresh and crisp, and every other day or so we received clean towels. The cleaning crew were absolutely the sweetest ladies. The walls are thin and if neighbors are loud you will hear them… but the location of this place is removed from off site noises. The 24 hour security services offer a certain comfort to the place as well.

Basic accommodation which is what we paid for, so only cold running water, and poor sound, so you could hear the guests around you unless they were very quiet.
