Ropiko's chef uses home grown organic vegetables, fruits and fresh fish to prepare lots of wholesome dishes, cooked local style with a western flavour. Breakfast $70 , Lunch $90 and Dinner $100. Due to religious constraints, food will be provided for free on Saturday breakfast and lunch, with facilities provided for guest to prepare themselves. Chef will be ready to prepare for dinner at $100.
Bush walking and village tours are available- Bush walk the slopes of Mt. Mariu while your guide tells you tales of headhunting in the old days and shows you the medicinal uses of various trees and shrubs, as well as the reptiles and birds that inhabit these islands; or tour Biche village for SBD 680 and SBD100 per person for custom fee and see the stone carvers at work . You will also be able to feed the large freshwater eels that live in the local streams.
For those interested in wartime wrecks take a stroll and see the Japanese fighter nearby, shot down in 1944 and still largely intact. Local guides can also take you on a trek walk visiting some interesting sites for SBD 40 per person. An even more different activity you can do is visiting the underwater volcano at SBD 2950 per boat trip maximum of five people.
